Taísa Helena is a multi material maker, artist and designer from Brazil currently based in Helsinki. She recently graduated as Master of Arts - Contemporary Design at Aalto University School of Arts, Design and Architecture. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design and a Specialization in Gems and Jewelry Design from  Minas Gerais State University in Belo Horizonte. She is passionate about working with her hands and started a love affair with ceramics in  2015 when she became an apprentice to ceramic artist Simone Campos in Belo Horizonte.

Between 2015 and 2016 she took part in a stage design research group in Galpão Cine Horto and has worked designing commercial sets for marketing campaigns with Destileria. She also started working with metals in Minas Gerais Jewelry School which allowed her to start her own contemporary jewelry brand shortly after, Entreamar, which was her main professional activity up to the spring of 2020.
